That is ice water slowly dripping through a sugar cube into St. Antoine 70% Czech absinthe, bottled by the Zufanek family.
I was excited to try Bohemia chips, but they were just ordinary potato chips.
Smoking is allowed in this bar, and cigars were on the menu. The ventilation must be sorted, because it wasn't annoying at all.
